First of all, purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Prevent fraud and buy or sell your ticket only via Ticketswap.
Refunds are not possible in any case. When you order tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions.
BRING YOUR ID
The minimum age is 18. Don't forget to bring your ID, because your age will be verified at the entrance. No valid ID = no entry and no refund!
HOW TO GET THERE
FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT 'DE LIJN' ANTWERP
Your valid ticket includes free public transport on Friday 1, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March 2024 with 'De Lijn' Antwerp. During the night there will be connections from Sportpaleis to the Park & Ride parkings and the center of Antwerp. The first tram (number 5), direction Antwerp Central Station, will be available from 05:10h.

TRAIN/NMBS
Catch a train to Antwerp Central Station. From there, take tram 3 to Merksem and get off at exit 'Sport'. For more info, please check www.nmbs.be.
Free public transport 'De Lijn' within Antwerp on Friday 1, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March 2024 by showing your valid Reverze ticket!
PARKING
Please read this information carefully as there are major construction works taking place near Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena!
AVAILABLE CAR PARKS
There are various paid car parks nearby Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena.
Spoor Oost
- Noordersingel 40, 2140 Borgerhout
- Parking costs 6 euros.
- Attention: this car park is located in the low emission zone.
- This car park is only available starting 3 hours before the start of the event.
Carrette
- Carrettestraat, 2170 Merksem (behind Heylen Vastgoed Basket Campus)
- Parking costs 8 euros.
- This car park is located outside the low emission zone.
Antwerp Ring Center
- Noordersingel 17-19, 2140 Borgerhout
- Parking costs 2 euros.
- Attention! This car park is located in the low emission zone.
PARK & RIDE
Avoid the busy area of the Sportpaleis, park your car at a P+R (Park & Ride) and cover the remainder of your journey by public transport.

- Luchtbal (Noorderlaan 500, 2030 Antwerp)
- Linkeroever (Blancefloerlaan 501, 2050 Antwerp)
- Olympiade (Populierenlaan 2, 2020 Antwerp)

Don’t park in the streets in the surrounding areas cause you will be fined or even towed by local authorities!
Parking Vaart is only suitable for people with disabilities (please note: a blue EU disability parking card is required).

PRIVATE BUSES
PARKING
For all buses: please head over to parking 'Spoor Oost'. For more details on parking check the briefing sent to all registered private buses. If you haven't announced your private bus yet, please do so before Thursday, 29 February 2024. Unannounced buses will have to pay a supplementary parking fee upon arrival.
DIRECTIONS & RULES
The following directions are given by Sportpaleis and local authorities: it is forbidden to drop off/pick up visitors in front of the entrance or nearby Sportpaleis.
All buses have to drop off visitors at parking 'Spoor Oost' and can wait there during the event. Buses who drop off visitors and leave are also obliged to use parking 'Spoor Oost'.
After the event, visitors have to go back to parking 'Spoor Oost', where the buses are stationed. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to collect visitors in front of the entrance or nearby Sportpaleis.
ENTRANCE
MAIN ENTRANCE FOR ALL VISITORS
All visitors will have to enter via the left side of Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena.
Visitors coming from parking 'Spoor Oost' or parking 'Slachthuis' will automatically arrive at the big entrance under the viaduct of the highway.
Visitors coming from the metro subway station will have to go right towards the left side of the Lotto Arena towards the viaduct of the highway.
Visitors coming from parking 'Carrette' or parking 'Vaart' will have to walk past both Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena towards the viaduct of the highway.
Once you’ve passed the ticket scanning, you will find one big locker zone and toilets.
When you’ve put your coat and/or bag(s) in your locker just follow the signs towards the entrances of Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena.
ENTRANCE VIP TICKETS
The VIP entrance is at the right side of Sportpaleis.
VIP’s will have to pass the ticket scanning and will receive a VIP bracelet that will grant access to the VIP deck in Sportpaleis.
There is one big locker zone just in front of you when you’ve passed the ticket scanning.
A free locker ticket with a personal code to your locker will be available at the service desk of the lockers.
Once you’ve put your coat and/or bag(s) in your locker, you will enter the foyer of Lotto Arena.
Here you will start your Reverze experience. If you want to head straight to Sportpaleis, just follow the signs.
ENTRANCE BUS TICKETS
Visitors coming with private (party) busses, will park at parking 'Spoor Oost'.
From there on, you will have to walk past the frontside of both Sportpaleis and Lotto Arena towards the viaduct of the highway on the left side of the Lotto Arena.
There you will see the big main entrance for all visitors and you can choose between the regular or VIP entrance gate.
REACHING EACH AREA
The passages between Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena are clearly marked with signs. There is a two-way passage at the ground floor that passes the outdoor smoking area.
The other one-way passages between Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena are at the first floors of both venues. To go from Lotto Arena to Sportpaleis, you'll have to pass through the Hospitality Center which is a huge chill out area with food, drinks and sitting space, just follow the signs 'Lotto Arena' or 'Sportpaleis'.

Any questions? Just go to one of the Info Points located at the main entrance of Sportpaleis. Our crew is pleased to help you.
PAYMENTS & ATM
Reverze = cashless! There will not be an ATM available at Reverze. The following payment methods are possible: Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
ECO TOKEN
How does it work?
You’ll receive an eco token at the entrance.
First drink: Pay your drink & dan over 1 eco token per drink.
After that: Each time you order a new drink: hand over an empty bottle, can, cup or eco token. Otherwise you will have to pay 2 EUR extra.
You can also exchange your empty bottle, can or cup for a new eco token at the bars in case you don’t want to order a new drink at that moment.
Please note that eco tokens have no value of their own and can’t be used to pay for any drinks or food. They will also not be reimbursed for money during or after the event.
LOCKERS
There will be lockers available during Reverze. Renting a locker costs 7 EUR for a normal and 10 EUR for a large.
Try sharing a locker with your friends to save money and space!
MERCHANDISE
There will be several stands at Reverze where you can buy all kinds of official Bass Events and Reverze merchandise.
MEDIA TEAM
There will be an official media team at Reverze. They will capture the whole event through video footage and photographs. This crew will be up and running, so make sure to wear your brightest smile and please make sure you don't block their view.
The official aftermovie will be available in a few weeks after the event. The official pictures will be available on the Facebook page and website, a few days after the event.
Please note: you may have been photographed, but this does not mean that your picture will end up online.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We would love to see your pictures! Post them on Facebook, Instagram en TikTok, join the event and invite your friends. Use #Reverze in all your updates.
DRUGS
There is an absolute Zero Tolerance policy regarding drugs. This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not allowed. You will be checked at the entrance. When you get caught with any kind or amount of drugs, you will be handed over to the police and this can result in serious consequences.
FIRST AID
Do not hesitate to ask first aid staff for help when needed. Follow the signs ‘EHBO’ or ‘First Aid’ or just address any crew or security members you can find in case of an emergency with yourself or someone nearby who needs help. Please look out for each other!
PICKPOCKETS
Please be aware of pickpockets during Reverze and don't leave your belongings unattended. When you suspect to be a victim of a pickpocket, please address the security staff. If you see any suspected behavior of others around you, don’t hesitate to inform the security staff.
DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
The following items are not allowed: vapors (only non-refillable e-cigarettes (closed system) are allowed so use in the designated smoking areas, not inside the venue), e-liquids, bottles of perfume, aerosol deodorant bottles, selfie sticks, laser gadgets or pointers, food, drinks, any kind of weapons, drugs, football flags or any symbols of racism or hate. LOST & FOUND
Bring in stuff you have found, share the love and collect your karma points (location: Info Points, main entrance Sportpaleis). You'll make our and their day!
After Reverze you can contact the administrative service center of Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena (+32 3 400 60 00, every working day from 09:00h till 18:00h).
