BRING YOUR ID
The minimum age is 18. Don't forget to bring your ID, because your age will be verified at the entrance. No valid ID = no entry and no refund!
HOW TO GET THERE
FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT WITH ‘DE LIJN’ IN ANTWERP
Your valid ticket includes free public transport on Friday 14, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 February 2025 with De Lijn in Antwerp. During the night there will be connections from Sportpaleis/Lotto Arena to the Park & Ride parkings and the center of Antwerp.

TRAIN/NMBS
Catch a train to Antwerp Central Station. From there, take the metro to Sportpaleis/Lotto Arena.
- From Antwerp Diamand Metro: take line 2 (direction Merksem) or 6 (direction Luchtbal) and get off at stop "Sport".
- From Antwerp Astrid Metro: take line 3 (direction Merksem) and get off at stop "Sport" or line 5 (direction Wijnegem) and get off at stop "Schijnpoort".

PARK & RIDE
Here you will find all information concerning the nearby Park & Ride parking facilities.
Don’t park in the streets in the surrounding areas cause you will be fined or even towed by local authorities!
WHERE DO I NEED TO ENTER?
MAIN ENTRANCE FOR ALL VISITORS
All visitors with Regular tickets have to enter via Entrance A (Lotto Arena) or Entrance B (Sportpaleis). Your designated entrance is clearly indicated on your ticket.
Entrance A (Lotto Arena): Regular Combi Tickets
Entrance B (Sportpaleis): Regular Day Tickets (Friday or Saturday Tickets)
Both entrances are located in front of both venues at Slachthuislaan.
ENTRANCE VIP TICKETS
The VIP entrance is at the right side of Sportpaleis (entrance C).
VIP’s will have to pass the ticket scanning and will receive a VIP bracelet that will grant access to the VIP deck in Sportpaleis.
There is one big locker zone when you’ve passed the ticket scanning. A free locker ticket with a personal code to your locker will be available at the service desk of the lockers.
ENTRANCE BUS TICKETS
Visitors coming with private (party) busses, will park at parking 'Spoor Oost'.
From there on, you will have to walk to the entrance. There are three entrances: A (Lotto Arena), B (Sportpaleis)and C (VIP). Your designated entrance is clearly indicated on your ticket.
Entrance A (Lotto Arena): Regular Combi Tickets
Entrance B (Sportpaleis): Regular Day Tickets (Friday or Saturday Tickets)
Entrance C (VIP): VIP Tickets
REACHING EACH AREA
The passages between Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena are clearly marked with signs. There is a two-way passage at the ground floor that passes the outdoor smoking area.
The other one-way passages between Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena are at the first floors of both venues. To go from Lotto Arena to Sportpaleis, you'll have to pass through the Hospitality Center which is a huge chill out area with food, drinks and sitting space, just follow the signs 'Lotto Arena' or 'Sportpaleis'.

PAYMENTS & ATM
Reverze = cashless! There will not be an ATM available at Reverze. The following payment methods are possible: Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
ECO TOKEN
How does it work? You’ll receive an eco token at the entrance. First drink: Pay your drink & dan over 1 eco token per drink. After that: Each time you order a new drink: hand over an empty bottle, can, cup or eco token. Otherwise you will have to pay 2 EUR extra.
You can also exchange your empty bottle, can or cup for a new eco token at the bars in case you don’t want to order a new drink at that moment.
Please note that eco tokens have no value of their own and can’t be used to pay for any drinks or food. They will also not be reimbursed for money during or after the event.
LOCKERS
There will be lockers available during Reverze. Renting a locker costs 10 EUR for a normal and 12 EUR for a large.
Try sharing a locker with your friends to save money and space!
MERCHANDISE
There will be several stands at Reverze where you can buy all kinds of official Bass Events and Reverze merchandise.
MEDIA TEAM
There will be an official media team at Reverze. They will capture the whole event through video footage and photographs. This crew will be up and running, so make sure to wear your brightest smile and please make sure you don't block their view.
The official pictures will be available on the Facebook page and website, a few days after the event.
Please note: you may have been photographed, but this does not mean that your picture will end up online.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We would love to see your pictures! Post them on Facebook, Instagram en TikTok, join the event and invite your friends. Use #Reverze in all your updates.
DRUGS
There is an absolute Zero Tolerance policy regarding drugs. This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not allowed. You will be checked at the entrance. When you get caught with any kind or amount of drugs, you will be handed over to the police and this can result in serious consequences.
FIRST AID
Do not hesitate to ask first aid staff for help when needed. Follow the signs ‘EHBO’ or ‘First Aid’ or just address any crew or security members you can find in case of an emergency with yourself or someone nearby who needs help. Please look out for each other!
PICKPOCKETS
Please be aware of pickpockets during Reverze and don't leave your belongings unattended. When you suspect to be a victim of a pickpocket, please address the security staff. If you see any suspected behavior of others around you, don’t hesitate to inform the security staff.
DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
The following items are not allowed: vapors (only non-refillable e-cigarettes (closed system) are allowed so use in the designated smoking areas, not inside the venue), e-liquids, bottles of perfume, aerosol deodorant bottles, selfie sticks, laser gadgets or pointers, food, drinks, any kind of weapons, drugs, football flags or any symbols of racism or hate. LOST & FOUND
Bring in stuff you have found at the Lost & Found stand.
After Reverze you can contact the administrative service center of Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena (+32 3 400 60 00, every working day from 09:00h till 18:00h).
